  • You DO NOT use pressure to clean your roof! This is the most common misunderstanding in the industry!

Destructive Growth:

  • Gleocapsamagma (black algae that’s most likely seen in big patches or streaks starting from the top of your roof and making its way down to the bottom)

  • Lichen (mold that looks like a flower)

  • Green moss

The Treatment & Consideration

  • The SOFT WASH cleaning method is used to kill all the organic growth on your roof; there is no pressure involved in our process! We do not rinse the roof as the rain will rinse the dead algae off your roof.

  • Expectations: it can take up to 6 months for the mold and moss to fall off your roof; it’s not always immediately satisfying when you clean it. Every roof is different as well, but we guarantee our work. If in 6 months there is still the same algae, we will treat it again at no charge.

  • Do some due diligence. Look at your shingles and see if you see any dark spots or moss growing. Get it taken care of as this is what causes premature aging.

  • Minimal environmental impact; we take the necessary measures to prevent any harm to your grass or plants while cleaning the roof.
